1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "gto9", "we", "us", "our" refers to the gto9 platform and the entity operating it, accessible at gto9.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a gto9 account.
• "Platform" refers to the gto9 website, mobile browser application, and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and fishing games.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created following successful completion of the gto9 registration process.
• "Wallet Balance" refers to the total amount of real-money funds held in a player's gto9 account, excluding any bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free spins value, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player's account under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used throughout the gto9 platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by gto9 prior to processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the gto9 registration process, clicking any "I agree" checkbox, accessing your account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or participating in any game on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as amended from time to time.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules or conditions published in connection with individual games, promotions, tournaments, or special events available on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific promotion rules, the specific promotion rules shall take precedence in respect of that promotion only.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that third party to these Terms. gto9 does not recognise proxy or agency arrangements for the purposes of account operation.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the gto9 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. gto9 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will request government-issued identity documentation to confirm age where necessary.
• You are using the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any other individual or business entity.
• You have not previously been excluded from the gto9 Platform, whether voluntarily through a self-exclusion request or by gto9 as a result of a breach of these Terms.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee, contractor, or director of gto9 or any of its affiliated game providers.

4 Account Registration

Each individual player may hold only one active gto9 account. The opening of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method. gto9 reserves the right to verify this information against third-party data sources at any time.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all account information remains accurate and up to date. Failure to maintain accurate account details may result in delays to withdrawal processing or temporary account restrictions pending re-verification.

gto9 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such a decision.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gto9 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time SMS verification codes. gto9 will never ask you to disclose your password via any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone.

You must notify gto9 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. gto9 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure or your failure to promptly report suspected unauthorised access.

• Do not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Use a unique, strong password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable SMS-based two-factor authentication where available.
• Log out of the Platform on any shared or public device after each session.
• Do not access your account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks without a VPN.

6 Deposits

gto9 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other approved payment channels as listed on the Platform at the time of deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. gto9 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. If a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned to the source and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

gto9 does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which gto9 accepts no responsibility. Deposits are typically credited to your gto9 Wallet Balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment gateway. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, please contact gto9 support with your transaction reference number.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from within the cashier section of your gto9 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit on the account.

gto9 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 10 minutes for fully verified accounts transacting within standard limits. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, system maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required. gto9 does not guarantee specific processing times but commits to processing all valid withdrawal requests within 24 hours under normal operating conditions.

Before processing a withdrawal above ৳10,000, gto9 may require the account holder to complete KYC verification by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued identity document (National Identity Card, passport, or birth certificate) and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days of the request may result in the withdrawal being cancelled and the funds returned to the Wallet Balance.

• gto9 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal payments pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Bonus Balance funds are not withdrawable until all associated wagering requirements have been met in full.
• gto9 reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction and per calendar day, as displayed in the cashier at the time of withdrawal.
• Withdrawals to payment accounts not matching the account holder's registered name will not be processed.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

gto9 offers welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the T20 World Cup. Each promotion is governed by its own specific Terms, which are published at the time the offer is made available and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion Terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all gto9 promotions:

• Bonus funds must be wagered at least 20 times (20x) before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn, unless a different wagering requirement is explicitly stated in the promotion Terms.
• Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Balance and are used only after the Wallet Balance has been depleted to zero, unless the specific promotion Terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses expire 7 days after being credited unless a different expiry period is stated. Any unused bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player. Players who create duplicate accounts to claim a second welcome bonus are in breach of these Terms.
• gto9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Wagers placed on certain game categories (e.g., baccarat, roulette, blackjack) may contribute at a reduced rate to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion Terms.

9 Betting Rules

All sports betting markets on gto9, including cricket (BPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi, and other sports, are governed by the specific market rules displayed alongside each event. The following general betting rules apply to all markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. gto9 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been accepted by the system.
• gto9 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was published in error, at incorrect odds, or in circumstances where the integrity of the event is in question.
• In-play betting odds are updated in real time and are subject to brief suspension during critical moments (e.g., wickets, reviews, VAR checks). Bets placed during a suspension period may be voided at gto9's discretion.
• Maximum bet limits apply to individual markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. gto9 reserves the right to reduce maximum bet limits for individual accounts based on betting patterns.
• If an event is postponed or abandoned and not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's Wallet Balance, unless specific market rules state otherwise.
• gto9 is not responsible for errors in live score data provided by third-party feeds. Official results will be used to settle all markets, regardless of any discrepancy in live data displayed on the Platform.

10 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on gto9 — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and fishing games — are provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and spinning processes monitored by independent oversight. gto9 does not manipulate or influence game outcomes in any way.

11 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your gto9 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once reached, further wagering from your Wallet Balance will be suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders to alert you after a specified period of continuous gaming activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from gambling for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the gto9 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

12 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the gto9 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under Clause 3.
• Opening more than one gto9 account, or accessing another player's account without their authorisation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game. Any winnings accrued as a result of exploitation of a bug will be voided.
• Attempting to collude with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using the Platform in connection with any fraudulent, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Charging back any deposit made to your gto9 account via your payment provider without first raising the matter with gto9 support. Unauthorised chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without prior written consent from gto9.

gto9 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, withhold all balances pending investigation, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where required by law.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the gto9 Platform — including but not limited to the gto9 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data — is the property of gto9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use gto9's intellectual property for any purpose other than accessing and using the Platform for personal entertainment.

Game content, including visuals, audio, and mechanics, remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). Any reproduction or distribution of game content without the relevant studio's consent is prohibited.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gto9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Inaccuracies in live data feeds provided by third-party sports data suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits gto9's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. gto9's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to gto9 in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15 Privacy

gto9 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

gto9 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Player account data is stored on secured servers and is accessible only to authorised gto9 personnel on a need-to-know basis.

gto9 will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. gto9 may share data with its payment processing partners, game providers, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.

16 Amendments to These Terms

gto9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 17 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the gto9 Platform, you agree to first contact gto9 support to seek an informal resolution. gto9 commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of being raised with gto9 support, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
